When you contact us or order, we collect your name, email address, order and payment status, messages and the information you put in your research brief. The brief may include your course idea, intended buyer, offer, competitors, prior tests and customer evidence. We use this information to respond, process and fulfil orders, prepare and deliver your pack, provide support, corrections or refunds, and keep required business records. Please provide only information you are entitled to share. Do not send card details by email.
You can choose whether to enquire or order. The checkout and intake identify the information needed to complete an order. If required information is missing, we may be unable to accept or deliver the brief. Buying does not itself subscribe you to promotional email.
Our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, and site usage information for security and operation. We will describe any optional advertising tracking accurately before enabling it on the intake or other customer pages.
Stripe processes card payments. HighLevel/LeadConnector provides the website, checkout, intake and order workflow. Cloudflare helps operate and protect the site. We use email and private Google Drive files to fulfil orders. These providers receive information needed for their services and may process it outside New Zealand. We do not sell customer briefs or publish them as case studies without separate permission. A completed pack is emailed to the order address rather than shared as a public folder link.
We restrict access to customer case files. We review them 12 months after delivery or refund, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed for service, a dispute or another lawful purpose. We keep transaction and accounting records separately for at least seven tax years. Service providers may keep backups, logs or records under their own controls.
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond under the Privacy Act 2020. We may update this notice and show the new effective date here.
